I changed out the bulb in my headlight the other day to a higher power Xenon cool blue (looks great)
The design of the headlight housing isn't very good in my opinion. It has 2 screws on the bottom and then a tab that holds the plastic chromed housing together. After I put mine back together, the top of the housing where the tab is must have loosened up a bit because I have a terrible and annoying rattle now. I opened it back up twice now to try and align it better but to no avail. I have thought about siliconing up near the tab and top. Any other ideas? Any one else have the problem with the rattle??
